Kneadspace is practice software for independent massage therapists and small bodywork practices in the United States. Our team includes a working massage therapist, and the product is shaped by the day-to-day of a real practice: filling cancellations, keeping good notes, getting paid, and protecting the therapist’s time.
We keep it simple on purpose, and your practice’s information belongs to your practice. Kneadspace is in early access and onboarding practices by invitation.

Add your services, hours and team. Kneadspace gives you a booking page at kneadspace.app/book/your-practice.
Share your booking link
Clients book, pay a deposit if you ask for one, and choose how to hear from you — email, or text if they opt in.
Run the day from Today
Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, cancellations go to the waitlist, and your notes are a tap away.
